WAHC Special Meeting of Members (to fill Vacated Fundraising Seat)

• 7:00pm CST - 7:15pm CST November 24th, 2014

• Purpose:

        To fill vacated seat of WAHC Vice President – Fundraising

  Pursuant to By Laws Section 3.06   Vacancies.  Vacancies on the Board resulting from the resignation of a Director shall be filled by the Members at a Special Meeting called for such purpose, or at the next Annual Meeting.  If the vacancy is filled at a Special Meeting, nominations for the vacated Director's seat shall be accepted from the floor. Each Director elected under this Section to fill a vacancy holds office until the next Annual Meeting. At such Annual Meeting, a Director shall be elected to fulfill the unexpired term of the previous Director who died, resigned or was disqualified.
