NOTICE: Special Meeting of Members to be held

To ALL WAHC Members:
The WAHC Board of Directors is calling a Special Meeting of Members for the purpose of amending the Bylaws to expand the Board. THIS IS A MEMBERSHIP VOTE. Please attend if you would like to vote on the Board's recommendation.
Date: Thursday, Feb 25, 2016
Time: 7PM - 9PM
Place: Bielenberg Sports Center - 1st Floor Multipurpose Rm
The current proposed composition of the expanded Board is as follows:
- President;
- Vice President Administration;
- Vice President Hockey Development;
- Vice President Hockey Operations
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Vice President Fundraising Operations
and 2 or more of the following proposed seats including but not limited to:
- Vice President Girls Hockey (10U & above)
- Vice President 8&Under (MiniMites, Mites, Girls 6U/8U)
- Member At Large
- Ex Officio Member - Past President
- Other positions as deemed necessary
Note: The Board will be proposing for consideration and approval by membership vote an expanded Board including (1) the # of new seats to be added, and (2) the configuration of an expanded Board.

ARTICLE VI
AMENDMENTS
Section 6.01 Power of Members. The power to adopt, amend or repeal the Bylaws is vested in the Members. Any amendment to the Bylaws by the Members shall require an affirmative vote by a majority of the votes present at a duly held meeting.
