The Woodbury Area Hockey Club offers hockey programs for all ages ranging from 3 years through high school and all skill levels. 

Our hockey season begins around the start of school and runs through mid-March.   

Registration is online and will open mid-July and run through end of July.

Registration for the 2023-24 Season opened on Tuesday, July 18; it will remain open through Monday July 24. 

LATE registrations (beginning July 25) for RETURNING Squirt/10U, Peewee/12U and Bantam/15U will include a $250 administrative fee and will be accepted based on availability until July 31. This one-week registration window is necessary as we use player sizing information from the registrations to place our tryout/practice jersey orders and custom game jerseys/socks orders -  which are due to vendors by 1st week in Aug - to accommodate our tryout start dates and the vendors' standard production run time. 

* Registrations for returning Squirt/10U, Peewee/12U and Bantam/15U players after July 24 will incur an additional $250 administrative charge and be accepted based on availability.

2023-24 TENTATIVE TEAM STRUCTURE

Please note the following Team Structures are TENTATIVE and subject to change based on actual player registration counts.

The Woodbury Area Hockey Club boundary is set by Minnesota Hockey in accordance with Minnesota Hockey's community-based model.  Based on our boundary, WAHC welcomes all girls and boys that either live in or attend school in the ISD833 school boundary within Woodbury, Newport and Afton.

In certain situations, players may request to waive into the WAHC - subject to approval by their home associations, by the WAHC and Minnesota Hockey District Directors.  These waivers are subject to the eligibility rules  and policies of Minnesota Hockey and the WAHC.  For more information and to request a waiver, please visit our PLAYER WAIVER page.
