Winner is responsible for any applicable fees and taxes.
House Rules for Raffle Drawing
1. The purchase of only one ticket is required to enter the raffle.
2. A check made payable to WAHC is an acceptable form of payment; No credit or debit cards will be accepted as a form of payment for a raffle ticket.
3. Persons under 18 may not purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize.
4. Winners need not be present.
5. Winners will be selected on February 2nd beginning at 7pm in the following order: 4th prize drawn first, 3rd prize drawn second, 2nd prize drawn third and 1st prize drawn last. If there are multiple prizes at any level, all winners for that level will be drawn prior to moving to the next level. Once the first winner is selected no additional raffle tickets will be sold.
6. If a winner has paid for their winning raffle ticket with a check, the prize will not be distributed until such check has cleared.
