2011-12 Sponsorship Program
Dear Hockey Patron
Welcome to the 2011-2012 hockey season. The Woodbury Area Hockey Club (WAHC) welcomes you to our Club. The WAHC is a non-profit organization established to provide an organized hockey program for the children of Woodbury and Newport. The WAHC is the official amateur hockey organization for the Cities of Woodbury and Newport and is sanctioned by Minnesota Hockey (MN) and USA Hockey. Funding for the WAHC comes from registration fees, fundraising efforts and the contributions of our sponsors.
Sponsorship allows your business to show your support within our Club. In turn we encourage our membership and our guests to support your business throughout the year.
There are various choices of sponsorship that allow your business name multiple impressions and exposures to Club members and visitors to Bielenberg Sports Center and Harding Arena.
Sponsorship makes a significant difference for our players. Your investment is applied to offset player development, team expenses and tournament entry fees.
Levels of Participation
We offer both individual options and levels of participation to maximize your sponsorship opportunities and increase recognition of your support. As the level of sponsorship increases so does your company’s exposure to the Club Members and people visiting both Bielenberg Sports Center and Harding Arena.
A la carte Options
· $75 Sponsorship: ¼ page tournament ad in 4 tournaments
· $125 Sponsorship: ½ page tournament ad in 4 tournaments
· $225 Sponsorship: Full-page tournament ad in 4 tournaments
· $250 Sponsorship: Advertise on the WAHC website.
· $300 Sponsorship: One 4’ x 8’ Bill Board at Harding Arena.
· $500 Sponsorship: One 4’ x 8’ Bill Board at Bielenberg’s East Rink.
· $1,000 Sponsorship: Advertise on a WAHC TEAM’s jersey.

WAHC Silver Level Sponsor
$500 Sponsorship Participation
Silver Level Sponsors get a 5% discount on their sponsorship.
WAHC Gold Level Sponsor
$1,000 Sponsorship Participation
Gold level sponsors are allowed to advertise on the WAHC website at no charge as part of their sponsorship.
WAHC Platinum Level
$2,000 Sponsorship Participation
Platinum level sponsors are automatically on the WAHC website as a link. They also receive a full –page advertisement in the tournament programs.
