The WAHC Board begins planning for the next Season in Jan/Feb of the current season and finalizes planning in a series of work-sessions held May thru August.
To allow for focused & directed work, these work sessions are closed sessions. We thank you for your understanding.
Tentative work session dates are set with the new Directors in the Annual Meeting of Directors (which is scheduled within 5 days f the Annual Elections) and are confirmed by calendar post. Typical works ession planning topics follow for example purposes:

The Board of Directors meets a minimum of once a month throughout the year. For the 2024-25 Season, the Board is scheduled to 'meet' regularly on the 3rd week of each month at MHealth Sports Center typically on Mondays beginning at 8PM. The general membership is encouraged to attend all meetings. Notice to the President (via email to president@woodburyhockey.com) is recommended for reserving time on the agenda if you wish to address the Board (per WAHC Blue Book pg 2)
* Note: On occasion these meetings need to be resecheduled. Please check this page for changes to meeting schedules due to holiday scheduling and other last minute scheduling conflicts.
At the beginning of each meeting there is a time reserved for an "Open Forum". This is a time for members to address the board with questions, comments, concerns and feedback. Members are also welcome to attend the entire meeting. These are open meetings, but occasionally there may be a topic that needs to be "closed". The agenda for each month will be posted the week of the meeting. Minutes for each month are posted in the month following the meeting after board approval.
